Not only was she patient with my Wife and I, really taking the time to show us around Jacksonville, give us a taste for the personality of the many different neighborhoods within Jacksonville. She went way above and beyond our expectations throughout every step of the process; Negotiating between Selling Agents, pushing along Escrow as it pertains to the Loan Officer(s), Bank and Underwriters. Pamela’s knowledge of the area was so remarkable that, when we finally found a home that we loved and it was time to place our offer, she made an offer that could not be overlooked. Our first offer was accepted despite multiple offers being put on the table. As if that wasn’t enough, I was out of the country on work and was often on the other side of the world and on a completely opposite work/sleep schedule to hers. She skillfully, compassionately and aggressively (when necessary) navigated all of these factors and we couldn’t be more thankful for her expertise and efforts. The process of moving can be stressful in and of itself. Signing a lease and all the documentation can feel overwhelming and signing your life away at times. Add in the amount of money being transferred when buying a house, competing with other buyers in such a competitive market as Jacksonville and a stressful economy can be downright daunting. This is not our first home buying or selling experience. We have worked with Agents across several states and counties in the past. Service above and beyond. Our search for a new home in Nocatee and the completion of construction took quite a while. Interrupted by a pandemic and slowed by labor and material shortages, it was an arduous process. Throughout all of it, Pamela was wonderful. Thoroughly prepared on the area and the market. She attended every meeting with the builder and regularly sent progress photos through to closing. Aside from the house, Pamala was always able to provide recommendations for quality area service providers as well as any required utility information. This was our sixth home purchase.
